What it does
- Drafts the report from your records: history, imaging, assessment, causation and permanency, with maximum medical improvement discussed where it applies.
- Follows your own report template and writing voice.
- Builds a medical chronology from the dated records.
- Ask AI answers questions about the records and cites the file and page for each fact.
- Shows the record evidence behind causation, permanency and MMI, with page citations.
- Lists discrepancies between records, events known only from other providers' notes, and records mentioned but not provided.
- Flags dates it could not read with confidence so you can confirm them.
- Reads scanned and handwritten pages. Upload PDFs or a ZIP of PDFs.
- Exports to Word or PDF on your letterhead, after your review.
Pricing
Pay-Per-Page: $99 a month, credited toward pages at $0.17 a page. Starter: $229 a month for 3 report credits; each credit covers a case up to 750 pages. Professional: $749 a month for 8 report credits, up to 1,000 pages each. Enterprise: $2,970 a month for 30 report credits, up to 1,500 pages each. Annual billing costs about 15% less.
